Return & Refund Policy – Expert Courses

At Expert Courses, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services, both online and offline. We understand that students may sometimes require clarity regarding refunds and cancellations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

By enrolling in any course offered by Expert Courses, you agree to the terms mentioned below. We strongly recommend that you read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Nature of Services

Expert Courses provides:

  • Online digital courses

  • Offline classroom training programs

  • Study materials (digital and physical)

  • Certification services

Most of our courses are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, students receive access to learning materials, login credentials, downloadable resources, or course dashboards. Due to the nature of digital services, access is typically granted immediately or within a short processing time.

2. 7 Days Refund Policy (Digital Courses)

We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible digital course purchases.

A refund request may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase

  • The student has not significantly accessed, downloaded, or completed the course content

  • No certificate has been issued

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Lack of usage of course materials

  • Incorrect course selection by the student

  • Technical issues related to the student’s device, software, or internet connection

  • If a certificate has already been issued

  • If a substantial portion of the course content has been accessed or downloaded

Expert Courses reserves the right to evaluate refund eligibility based on system usage records.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a student is charged twice due to:

  • Payment gateway errors

  • Technical system malfunction

  • Bank processing issues

The extra amount will be refunded after proper verification.

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days from approval.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Students must share transaction details and payment proof for faster resolution.

4. Course Cancellation by Expert Courses

In rare and unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, regulatory changes, or operational challenges), if Expert Courses cancels a course:

Students will be offered:

  • A full refund of the paid amount, OR

  • The option to enroll in another course of equal value

The decision will be communicated officially via email or phone.

5. Offline Training Refund Policy (Classroom Programs)

For offline or classroom-based programs:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of enrollment.

  • If the training batch has already started, no refund will be provided.

  • If the student has attended even one session, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Administrative or processing charges may apply and may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Printed materials, ID cards, or distributed physical resources are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems and payment gateways.

Expert Courses is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions.

7. Important Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made from the registered email ID.

  • Verbal refund requests via phone or WhatsApp will not be considered official unless confirmed via email.

  • Any misuse of refund policy may lead to account suspension.

  • Access to course content may be revoked upon successful refund processing.

8. No Guarantee Clause

Enrollment in any course does not guarantee:

  • Job placement

  • Internship

  • Promotion

  • Salary increment

  • Business success

Refund decisions are strictly governed by this policy and not by outcome expectations.
